Problem
The Wallet Experience Felt Generic and Fragmented
• Despite its central role, the previous wallet flow was visually and functionally similar to other app sections.
• Users lacked a sense of entering a dedicated, secure wallet space.
• Navigation icons were inconsistent; the transition to the wallet provided no strong mental or emotional shift.
• Key wallet actions (send/receive, swaps) and trust signals weren’t prominent.

Key Design Solutions
Establishing Wallet-First Flow and Identity
The new transition guides users distinctly from the home screen into the wallet, reinforcing “You are now in your wallet.”
Button icons and navigation are unified and refocused on core wallet actions, driving confidence and ease of use.
The wallet experience is now visually separated from the rest of the app, a clear context switch supporting user ownership and asset security.
Clarity and Focus: Users face fewer distractions; wallet-specific actions take center stage.
Improved Consistency: Navigation and button design are now cohesive and predictable, reducing friction and learning curves.
Contextual Awareness: Transitions and visual cues now help users “know where they are” within their financial journey.
Enhanced Usability: Key features like send, receive, and explore are instantly accessible, empowering faster, safer asset management.

KPIs
Feature Adoption: Higher rates of wallet-centric actions (send, receive, swap) vs. prior baseline.
Wallet Usage Engagement: Increased entry to and activity within the wallet section (DAU/MAU uplift).
Navigation Efficiency: Reduced user time to locate wallet features, fewer navigation errors.
User Satisfaction: Improved feedback/NPS scores for wallet usability and perceived security.
Support Reduction: Fewer tickets related to wallet navigation and confusion.
